ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT AND YOUR EYES

If you want strong, healthy eyes and clear vision for life, a major step you can take is to protect your eyes from UV radiation.  Wearing proper eye protection from the sun reduces the risk of a number of eye diseases and other conditions that are caused or worsened by UV exposure. NATIONAL SUNGLASSES WEEK

Image
Did you know that children under the age of 13 are 3 times more exposed to harmful UV Rays compared to adults, and as many as 75% of the same demographic only sometimes or rarely wear any kind of sunglasses for protection!!! This week is National Sunglasses Week and we wanted to give our patients a reminder to make sure you're protected! Even reflective UV light is just as harmful as direct UV and one of the scary facts is that the most harmful light in the spectrum is non-visible. The following chart explains If you don't have anything to protect your eyes, please get something. We have a huge selection of sunglasses, all having UV protection, that you can look through. We want to thank everyone of our loyal patients for the continued support you've given us over the years to help us through these 30 years of business . We couldn't have done it without you.

Free Eyeglass Cleaner

Feedback from our patients is incredibly important to our business. Whether it's our sunglasses and frame selection to the types of contacts we stock. We understand that our biggest asset is our clientele. So in order to give back and reward the feedback we receive we are giving our patients a free bottle of eyeglass cleaner for each review we receive online. Yelp and Google both have check-in features, so if you "check-in" while at our Diamond Bar office, we'll even count that and give you a free cleaner on the spot. It's our way of giving thanks to you our customers and making sure your satisfied with our service. Thank you again for trusting us with your eye care needs during this holiday season. See you at the office!

GET SUNGLASSES ON YOUR BIRTHDAY!!!

Image
Photo Ray-Ban.com Our Optometry office has been running this promotion for a couple of years now and when our patients speak we listen! We've been told by our loyal patients to make this promo public so here you are. In the past we would send out a postcard to our patients letting them know that on their birthday month they could come in and get 30% off on their glasses (sunglasses or regular). This promo would require that they bring the card in, we would log it, apply it to the purchase, etc. but now we just look it up in the computer and offer it to all of our patients that come in. So, during your birthday month come in and get 30% off your purchase of glasses or sunglasses. Sorry this can't be applied to insurances, but if your benefits have already used up, stop on by and this is a great way for you to treat your self on your special month. As a side note, we actually just got an order from Ray Ban in preparation for the holiday season.
